Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cloutup.net and every service offered by CloutUp (“CloutUp”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from CloutUp. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to promote the account, page or content you submit.
Our services
CloutUp provides social media marketing services, including followers, subscribers, likes and views for public profiles and posts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Package contents, starting times and delivery speeds are described on each product page and are estimates rather than guarantees.
- We only ever need public information, such as a username or a link to a post.
- We will never ask for your password, verification codes or account access.
- Your profile or post must remain public until delivery is complete.
Orders and delivery
Orders normally begin within minutes of payment and are delivered gradually. Delivery may take longer during periods of high demand or platform updates. If you change your username, delete the post, or make your profile private during delivery, the order may be marked complete without further delivery.
You are responsible for entering the correct username or link. Orders placed with an incorrect target cannot always be reversed once delivery has started.
Pricing and payment
Add-ons are optional, switched off by default and priced individually at checkout. All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable promotional discount, such as the HALLOWEEN50 code. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders that are already paid.
Payments are processed by our secure payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Refill guarantee
Follower and subscriber packages include a free refill guarantee: 30 days on Standard, 60 days on Premium and 90 days on VIP, counted from completion. If your count drops below the delivered amount within that window, contact support with your order number and we will top it up free of charge. The guarantee does not apply if the account has been renamed, made private or removed.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use CloutUp to promote content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes the rights of others. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion and will refund unstarted orders in full.
Each social platform has its own rules. You are responsible for making sure your use of our services is consistent with the terms of the platform you are growing on.
Intellectual property
The CloutUp name, logo, website design and content are owned by CloutUp and may not be copied without permission. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners; CloutUp is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloutUp is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or account standing, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
